Balloon Man Sam is Mid-Michigans Premier Balloon Artist. He Started his Journey as a Balloon Twister with a challenge, to make only a few designs. After attending the World Balloon Convention in 2016 and Kapitol Kidvention in 2018, here we are; 12 years and 1000's of creations later, Sam can entertain you and your guests with his Creativity.
